  They were supposed to get some flowers in to show me before I decided on which flower to go for. Almost 1 months after initial discussion, had heard nothing. Had to follow up - was told it was because of mothers day. Should be better after mothers day I was told. Still heard nothing a week after mothers day. Went back in, was told I should know in the next couple of days. 2 days after that, I got a call from her assistant to say they couldn't do the wedding because she already had a booking and she was cancelling mine. I mentioned that nothing was in the book when I booked it - said it was booked via someone else! I can't believe it was almost 2 months AFTER the booking they decide to tell me they can't do it.

  Professional and helpful! I was trying to get helium balloon to release at a funeral. A competitor in the area wanted to charge me $9 per balloon so I was extremely please when I phoned Kincumber Flower Fantasy and their price was only $3. There were very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. My friend who passed away was an avid Manly Sea Eagles fan and we wanted white and maroon balloons. As Manly just won the grand final maroon balloons were hard to find but the ladies tracked them down for us. They were ready at the time we needed and were a touching and beautiful way to end the service. Thank you very much! Would definately use this business again. Extremely professional and helpful!
